There is a kind of athlete who marches to the end of the board, announces the most difficult dive ever attempted by anyone in recorded history, and then belly-flops so hard the lifeguards flinch. And here is the part that gets me every time... he climbs out of the pool absolutely certain he nailed it. We built a whole collection for that man. It is called Every Dive a Perfect Ten , and it just went live on the shop.
The view from the judges' table
Every design starts with the same question: what does this particular belly flop look like from the stands? Sharpie Dive answers with a marker (because when reality disagrees with you, you can always redraw it). Tariff Dive watches the economy attempt a triple somersault nobody trained for. Approval Rating charts a descent so steep the graph needed a seatbelt.
Then there is the dinner theater wing: Ketchup on Steak and State Dinner, a pairing for anyone with opinions about both doneness and diplomacy. 3 AM Announcement and Fact Check Incoming belong together too... one is the post, the other is the cleanup crew arriving at dawn. For connoisseurs of the paper trail, Top Secret Filing, Where the Truth Goes, and Revolving Door follow a document on its journey from classified to, let's say, creatively stored. And Said Nobody But Him sits comfortably beside Working Hard (a portrait of effort as reported by the only witness willing to vouch for it).
Who this collection is for
You, probably. The person who watches the nightly spectacle and thinks somebody in the stands should be holding up a scorecard. You have the sharpest line in the room and no interest in shouting it... you would rather raise an eyebrow than raise your voice. These designs land the joke cleanly enough that a stranger's double-take turns into a grin instead of an argument, which is exactly the kind of conversation you signed up for.
The shirt under the joke
Every piece in the drop is an Everyday Supersoft T-Shirt ~ the tag reads like Sharpie Dive ~ Everyday Supersoft T-Shirt, and the supersoft half of that name is doing honest work. The commentary should never be sharper than the shirt is comfortable. This is a tee you reach for on an ordinary Tuesday; the satire rides along for free.
